Everything was simply very good. Greatly enjoyed our stay at this quiet hotel, it was very positive. A fireplace, central heating, and an iron were available in our family room. The location was fantastic and amazing, the staff were great.

Everything was really good, marvellous service, lovely location not far from Muswell Hill shops, bars and of course-The Alexander Palace, and the Theatre. There were a fireplace, central heating, and an iron in the rooms, which made them nicely decorated. The breakfast was extensive on large trays in the bedroom, fabulous food. It was a quite comfortable experience.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and excellent - relatively near a Victorian-style palace. The room was nicely decorated with lovely crockery and the overall experience was excellent. The services were exceptional. Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in London.
